Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time, no phone call or email required. You keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
You can run 3 parses without creating an account, and a free account adds a one-time pool of 30 parses at no cost. That pool is a trial, not a plan: it does not refill each month. No credit card is required to try MailParse. Starter lifts that to 100 emails every month with Excel and JSON export and no watermark.
Can I get my money back?
Payments are final. Before paying you can parse 3 of your own emails and see the real export, so you know what the output looks like. Money goes back only after a double charge, a proven unauthorised charge, or a complete outage we could not fix. Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings at any time; billing is prorated for the current period.
