Yearly plans are billed in full at the time of subscription. The per-month rate displayed represents the annualized cost divided by 12; the full annual amount is charged as a single payment. Yearly plans may be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund.
8. Intellectual Property
MailParse and its original content, features, functionality, algorithms, models, and source code are owned by MailParse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or its underlying technology without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all email content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us only the limited processing license described in Section 5.
9. Disclaimers

Email parsing is inherently dependent on the format and structure of the input. MailParse does not guarantee that all emails will be parsed successfully, that all custom fields will be correctly extracted, or that extracted data will be free of errors. You should verify extracted data before using it in critical business processes.
10. Limitation of Liability

- Business decisions made based on parsed data
IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MailParse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third party's rights, including privacy rights, in connection with content you submit to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or via the account settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for protection of intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MailParse regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, oral or written.
